How it works

1. Contact us on WhatsApp — describe your symptoms and send a photo if possible. We'll confirm a slot within minutes during opening hours.
2. Come to the practice — Largo Alessandro Lala 16, Fuorigrotta, Naples. 10 min from the city centre by metro (Line 2 → Campi Flegrei). Taxi from the cruise terminal ~€15.
3. Assessment & clear quote — we examine you, take an X-ray if needed, and give you a written cost estimate before starting any treatment.
4. Treatment — we resolve the emergency. Depending on complexity, we may complete everything in one visit or stabilise the situation and schedule follow-up.
5. Receipt & aftercare instructions — you leave with a formal receipt (for travel insurance) and clear written aftercare instructions in English.
