A child's first experiences with dentistry shape their attitude for life. Our goal is to make every visit positive — even when treatment is needed. Dr. Sara Marcato trained specifically in paediatric dentistry and brings a calm, empathetic approach that works even with the most apprehensive young patients.
We never rush a child. If a child needs time to look around, sit in the chair without treatment, or take a break, that's what we do. Building trust comes before doing any work.

- First dental visits — familiarisation, assessment, advice for parents
- Check-ups and X-rays — monitoring tooth development and catching early decay
- Fillings for baby and adult teeth — white (composite) fillings that preserve natural tooth structure
- Fluoride varnish — applied twice yearly to protect enamel
- Fissure sealants — protective coating on the back teeth to prevent cavities
- Professional cleaning — adapted for children's needs
- Dental trauma — managing knocked-out or fractured teeth
- Early orthodontic assessment — identifying crowding and bite issues early, in coordination with orthodontic treatment where appropriate
Baby teeth matter
Baby teeth are not "temporary" in a way that means they don't need care. Untreated decay in baby teeth causes pain, infection, and can affect the development of the adult teeth underneath. Baby teeth also hold space for adult teeth — losing them too early can lead to crowding that requires orthodontic treatment later.
Treating decay early in baby teeth is simpler, less invasive, and much less distressing than emergency treatment for a child in pain.

We're at Largo Alessandro Lala 16, Fuorigrotta, Naples. From the city centre, take metro Line 2 to Campi Flegrei station (about 15 minutes) — it's a short walk from there. By taxi from the cruise terminal, approximately €15 and 15 minutes.
